Gilberto Saenz III, PA-C

Gilberto Saenz III is a board-certified physician assistant who specializes in Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine. Gilberto provides a wide range of services in his practice, including facial injectables, non-surgical and minimally invasive body contouring procedures, laser and light therapies, and skincare, as well as assisting the surgeons he works with in their many surgical procedures. However, he will tell you that his absolute favorite part of his job is performing Full Facial Rejuvenation for his patients.

Gilberto completed his medical training with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas-Pan American (UTPA). He then went on to receive his Masters in Physician Assistant studies also from UTPA. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas-San Antonio (UTSA). He started his career in Family Medicine, where he practiced for 4 years. Later, he transitioned to the specialty of Dermatology, where he practiced General, Aesthetic, and Surgical dermatology for 16 years. Recently, he decided to hone his practice further by transitioning to the specialty of Plastic Surgery.

Gilberto is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He is a member of the Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants (APSPA), the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). He is also an International Member of the Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC) in the United Kingdom.

Gilberto takes pride in keeping up to date with the latest treatments and techniques in Aesthetic Medicine, and has invested much of his time and resources to ensure he provides the best quality of care for his patients. He has spent time and trained with some of the world’s most prominent aesthetic providers over his 20+ year career. He has also trained in Ultrasound for Aesthetics with the world’s pioneering physician in this field. Gilberto has also trained in the management of complications that may arise in aesthetic procedures. His approach towards Medical Aesthetics is to enhance his patient’s natural simply beauty.
