Aveli

Aveli is one of the hottest new treatments in Austin in cellulite management. It is a light-guided probe that directly releases the bands that cause cellulite. Its unique design makes this in-office treatment safe and dependable.

The design of Aveli includes a long probe that can be placed under the skin under local anesthesia to treat the cellulite that has been previously identified in the buttocks and thighs. The probe is then used to release the cellulite bands and can also be used to verify the bands were released.

In most patients, Aveli is a one-time treatment for cellulite of the buttocks and thighs.

Aveli is an ideal treatment for patients with multiple superficial or deep cellulite dimples in the thigh and buttocks. This treatment can also be utilized for those patients traveling to Austin Texas as it is typically a one-time procedure. Further, we recommend Aveli as a pre-treatment for those preparing for their Brazilian Butt Lift to improve their overall results.

RF Microneedling (Morpheus 8 and Vivace)

Radio Frequency Microneedling (RF Microneedling) has become one the most exciting treatments in skin rejuvenation. Morpheus8 and Vivace are two of the most well-known devices for RF Microneedling. The treatment has combined two of the most common treatments in skin rejuvenation. The microneedling and radio frequency cause precise channels in the skin being treated, and then RF applies energy in these channels to stimulate collagen remodeling. Skin laxity is one of the most common and difficult issues to treat in the buttocks and legs. Renuvion and Body Tite are the two most common subdermal body tightening devices currently available that apply radiofrequency energy below the skin.

Renuvion is a great treatment for patients who want to improve contour and decrease their existing mild to moderate skin laxity. Often patients will have a combination of cellulite and skin laxity in their buttocks and legs.

Sculptra

Sculptra is a unique injectable and filler because it helps stimulate the body to produce its own collagen. These bio-stimulatory properties help restore volume and contour and this is why it has been utilized in various parts of the body. It has also been found to have some skin rejuvenation properties that will improve the overall texture and tone of the skin in the injected areas.

Volume depletion is often a cause of contour deformities in the legs and buttocks, and thus Sculptra is a great option to restore volume in this area. It can be combined with a cellulite treatment such as Aveli or can be done alone if the depression is not caused by any restrictive bands.

Patients who have volume depletion are great candidates for Sculptra to restore some of the volume that they have lost over time. Hyper-Dilute Radiesse

The concept of the Hyper-Dilute Radiesse has become extremely popular, which has increased the versatility of the product. It allows for a smooth augmentation with instantaneous fill which will continue to increase collagen formation in the area over time. Patients Hyper-Dilute Radiesse is ideal for those patients who need volume restoration in the legs or buttocks. This can also be used in patients who have been previously treated with Aveli and have some contour irregularities or depressions.

Brazilian Butt Lift

Brazilian Butt Lifts are an incredible procedure as they can have transformative properties in terms of total body sculpting. The waist is sculpted and then the fat obtained through liposuction is used to restore volume and shape to the buttock and hip. We can lose volume in our buttocks over time and after weight loss.

Buttock Lift

A buttock lift is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin in the buttock and can be used to reshape the butt. The surgical procedure is used to treat skin laxity typically after a significant amount of weight loss.

The surgical butt lift is unique- it is a very powerful procedure to remove excess skin and tighten the buttock.

Patients who have a significant amount of excess skin in the buttocks are great candidates for a buttock lift. It shapes and contours the butt while removing the excess skin. It is one of the most powerful procedures available to treat skin laxity in the buttocks.

Thong Lifts

Thong lifts are a unique procedure to improve the shape of the buttock. The inferior central portion of the buttock is an area that can be concerning to patients, especially in a bikini. The thong lift uses an incision discreetly placed in the gluteal region to lift the lower portion of the buttock. This will give the butt a more round and youthful appearance to the buttock. Patients that have excess skin and fat at the bottom of their butt can be good candidates for the procedure. Patients can have excess skin in this area after weight loss or just naturally. Patients wanting a rounder, perkier appearance to their buttocks are ideal candidates for a thong lift.

Thigh Lift

A thigh lift treats excess skin in the medial thigh and leg. The excess skin and fat from the medial thigh and leg can be removed to improve the overall appearance of the leg. It is the most powerful treatment for skin laxity in the legs.

A thigh lift commonly includes an incision in the groin crease and proceeds down the medial thigh depending on the amount of loose skin. The procedure is typically combined with liposuction to improve the contour of the leg.

Patients who have excess skin and fat in the legs do very well with a thigh lift as it is one of the few treatments that removes a significant amount of excess skin from the legs. Volume Depletion

Volume depletion can occur in the buttocks for a variety of reasons. The degree of volume loss will dictate the treatment plan. Brazilian Butt Lift is the most common volume replenishment method. This volume replacement will improve the overall shape of the buttock and treat some of the skin laxity. It will not treat the cellulite itself, and thus the need for combination therapy.

Not all contour deformities of the buttocks are from cellulite. This will be evaluated fully during your consultation. Smaller volume rejuvenation can be achieved with Sculptra or Hyper-Dilute Radiesse. This is often used to treat these small contour deformities on the buttock or to further treat depressions on the buttock after Aveli.
