Dr. Franco is AMAZING! I had 3 cesareans because of big babies. The biggest one being 9lbs 8oz which for my 5’3 athletic frame was a lot. I had a mommy makeover for my 40th bday and couldn’t be more happy with results! Dr.Franco is an artist! I haven’t seen this body in 20years! I’m so thankful I did my research and waited for the perfect time. The office staff were super helpful and friendly!

Everything went smoothly. The nurses and doctors were amazing. Making me feel right at home. Was told how operation was going to be done. Answered every one of my questions. Nurse staff are amazing as well.

I was never nervous nor concerned because of the good feed back I had from previous patients. The dr is so witty and in good spirits which made me feel at ease and I knew he has my interest in heart. After looking at the after work he did I felt like once it heals properly it’s going to look great as well I am not in any pain .

I had a breast implant revision with Dr. Johnny Franco at Austin Plastic Surgery. I can’t express how happy and thankful I am for his work. He has helped bring my confidence back! The team a APS also needs a standing ovation. They are fantastic to work with and made my visits very comfortable.

My surgery was initially scheduled for a weekday, and due to unforeseen circumstances, it had to be rescheduled. Dr. Franco and his team came in on a SATURDAY for me! I am very happy with how my consultations went, or m questions were answered, and how my results are now.

He did exactly what I wanted him to do. He explained what he could and couldn’t do and made sure I was happy with what he was able to deliver. I have recommended him left and right. Super professionally and knew what he was talking about.

I was delighted with my breast surgery, they were natural and beautiful, excellent services, very attentive, recommended a thousand thousand thanks to the girl Audrey for her attention , I had an excellent experience, zero pain.

I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Franco, he’s known as the “BBL King” for a reason! From the moment I stepped into his office, I knew I was in the hands of a true professional. He possesses an exceptional bedside manner that immediately put me at ease and his genuine care and compassion for his patients truly sets him apart.

The results he achieved for me were nothing short of extraordinary- I had a bbl revision, rib repositioning, breast aug with internal bra, lipo 360 with ab etching (he fixed a previous Lipo ab etching disaster performed by a different surgeon!), and have since gone in for trap tox (amazing for my tension headaches and shoulder knots), calf tox (can fit into narrow boots!!!), and Aveli/Renuvion for cellulite and skin tightening.

I had a pretty easy recovery and truly received the best care imaginable, plus I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

The icing on the cake has to be his down-to-earth nature. Despite his incredible talent and accolades, he remains approachable and relatable… he took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process! I literally got the red carpet VIP treatment from him and the entire team.

If you’re searching for the best look no further- the hype is 100% real and I will never see anyone else for my aesthetic needs. Love the medspa too- these people really know what they are doing.

I traveled to Austin for a breast implant exchange, Dr. Franco is absolutely amazing! I’m still in the early healing stages but am already very pleased with my results. Dr. Franco and his staff were all very kind and always made sure to answer all of my questions. I knew I was in great hands! I could tell that Dr. Franco really loves what he does and truly cares about his patients. I will definitely go back to him if I ever decide to do other cosmetic surgeries.

Dr. Franco was amazing! I could not recommend him enough. He’s very kind, knowledgeable, and strives for perfection for his patients. He’s very honest about what you need and don’t, and his goal is to make you look fit and fab. Dr. Franco is all around best in the industry! He listens and knows exactly what I needed!!! He has transformed my neck and body and sooo happy with my results!!! I just had my second surgery from Dr. Franco. My first surgery was a BBL that went smoothly and I had minimal pain. The results were amazing! After having 2 kids I decided to get a breast lift with Dr. Franco. I haven’t experienced any pain post op just some tenderness. I already love my new look! I’m planning a tummy tuck next year with him because he’s simply the best!

If you have a baby you will need a lot of help during recovery, for example, picking the baby up. That was the toughest thing for me.

I am not local, so being able to virtually do consults and 2 week post op appointments are very helpful. The staff is extremely friendly and Dr.Franco made me feel comfortable about this procedure. Everything went smoothly from procedure to recovery! I definitely recommend him!

I travel from New York to Austin to get this procedure done. I have never gotten any surgery so this was really a great experience. Dr Franco listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that and better! He answered all my questions I had. He accommodated my appointments based on my travel dates. He is always so happy to help and I love love love that! . His staff was super nice and gave me good after care instructions, any questions I had after surgery I called them and they helped right away. Overall I’m so happy I chose him and his staff, definitely would do it all over again.

For reference I am 120lbs, 5’2 . I went with 500ccs which Dr. Franco ended up doing 470 ccs and 505ccs due to the unbalanced size of my natural boobs. I used gummy bear high profile implant. Definitely recommend if you’re going for this type of look.
